We ship from Cambridge, ON (Southern Ontario)
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all areas of Canada! At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada, but are working toward offering international shipping in the near future.
How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be shipped in 2 - 5 business days, and delivery times range from 2 - 8 business days depending on your proximity to us. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package once it ships. For more information on shipping please view our shipping policy.

What is your return policy?

Unused products can be returned for a full refund less shipping fees, within 21 days of your order's arrival. Please reach out to us to at info@poshpetsupply.ca to have your return approved before shipping. For more information on returns please view our return policy.
